Selection of easy to open lid:

1. Based on the size of the tank and the thickness of the tank body material, choose a suitable easy to open lid for hardness to meet the matching requirements of the lid.

2. According to the characteristics of the content, select the corresponding type of inner coating film with a thickness that is easy to open to ensure corrosion resistance requirements.

3. When choosing an easy to open cover, try to explain the usage situation and special requirements to the manufacturer as much as possible.

 

 

Easy to open lid roll seal:
1. The sealing pressure head should match the sealed easy to open cover and not supply pressure head with the bottom cover.
2. When using easy to open covers from different manufacturers, the corresponding pressure head should be replaced and cannot be mixed.
3. Avoid using a knife like pressure head to prevent injury to the shoulder blade coating.
4. Before mass use, test the machine first to determine the requirements for sealing indicators and symbols, and pay attention to the differences in thickness and hardness between the can body and the cover material
5. The difference in the depth of the easy to open cover before and after sealing shall not exceed 0.5mm
